Form 5 6 7 ? I'm not sure about that. I completed my degree by more than 8 to 10 years now.
Is there any other way to get the certificate online ?

If that's the case please pay a visit to exam branch , this also exists for newly graduate candidates . Kindly visit jntu once.

Thanks for the suggestion. But as I said, I need something for online as I cant visit University.

JNTU has given a generic letter without Name of the student, indicating all its courses are in English medium only.

so you may use it

This letter is approved by many University's and Immigration, Government and private entities
even though you require a letter with your name in the letter, it is still be applicable,

Dear Rahul,

I have tried that, seems I have already registered earlier. I forgot the email and mobile number.

When I try to reset the password I have given my known information, it says details not match.

I have sent an email to the below given mail id three times no response. I have tried calling the helpdesk number given below seems it's not in use.

I just checked, this website launched on Nov 1st 2019. Which means I have never registered to this in between 2019 till date. Than why it's showing I'm already registered. It's strange and not at all useful...

I need it for my UK visa, currently am in Gurgaon and I need to visit JNTU if this does not work. The online link thats given is not working for me as am unable to reset my password and none of the phone numbers work nor does they reply my queries to the given email. Please let me know if there is anyother option without me coming to Hyderabad
