JNTUH Important Points to be noted while applying for grace marks

Thanks @Rahul . It is you who provided every information and even in my last query you indirectly told me that don't worry if they are taking so long means it will get accepted because in case of rejection they will revert it in a month. So, after that query and your response i got a bit relax that you motivated me to not worry, so, it was my pleasure and as a responsible member i have to revert back to you and provide each and every details, so that's what i did.

One last question, today on portal immediately after it get udpated, applied my OD, Medium & Migration Certificates and the payment is showing approved. So, within how many days it will get delivered to me (I chosen "Send by post option")?
 
After applying grace can we get our result in jntuh vercel
If possible
Will it come after the applying or in blw process??
For R18 2024
 
Tatkal process is the way to get the memos within 2 to 3 days.
OD = Original Degree which you need to apply after you get CMM, PC.

No it wont get updated any where, only revised marks memos will be issued after adding grace marks.

Tatkal Process is not applicable while applying for grace marks.

First of all thanks for your help, updates and information regarding everything related to B.Tech and especially for R16 students including me. Today finally my PC & CMM received by college also in JNTUH Student Services Portal my PC, OD & Migration and Medium Certificates are updated with portal and i applied from online.



So, within how many days i will receive my OD, Medium & Migration Certificate?



Also, once again thank you so much for all your help and info related to my queries and all your quick responses.



Finally! Completed my B.Tech (R16) !



The timeline for my all works of certificates as follows (Attaching especially for those students who asks how many days it will take to get PC & CMM with Subject Exemeption & Grace Marks of R16):



Backlogs: M2 & M4 (R16)



Recent Exams wrote on: 1st Feb 2024 (M2) & 12th Feb 2024 (M4)



M2 Result Released on: March 2024



M4 Result Released on: 1st April 2024



Grace Marks taken in M4 (Got 17 in External and for R16 Regular Students 10 Marks can be take as Grace)



&



Exemption for M2 (4 credits subject as R16 has 6 Credits Exemption)



Day 1: Applied and Gave Application for R16 Subject Exemption (M2) and Grace Marks (M4) in College on 28th May 2024



Day 5: College submitted my application manually to JNTUH on 1st June 2024



Day 68: JNTUH Printed my PC & CMM



Day 75: College received PC & CMM from JNTUH



Day 77: JNTUH has updated Student Services Portal to apply for OD, Migration & for medium certificates and i applied Medium & Migration certificates online



Day 78: JNTUH has printed and dispatched Medium & Migration certificates by DTDC (Courier / Post). Also, i received my PC & CMM from college and after verification of PC number on JNTUH Student Service Portal applied OD online



Day 79: I got my Migration & Medium certificates from JNTUH by DTDC (Courier / Post)



Day 81: JNTUH printed my OD



Day 85: JNTUH dispatched my OD by Indian Post / DTDC (Courier)



Day 87: I got my OD from JNTUH by Indian Post / DTDC (Courier)



So, this is my timeline and waiting period (Days) from applying Grace Marks & Subject Exemption (Regular Student of R16) to getting my all certificates from College & University.

I have one subject pending from 4.2 sem (R18 regulation student, 2021-2025 batch, JNTUH affiliated autonomous college). Can I request for grace marks now OR do I have to appear for advance supplementary exam and then apply for grace marks if needed.

I am under time crunch hence checking if it is possible to seek grace marks immediately without waiting for advance supplementary exam.

Bro, what is that 1st and 2nd point , it says any number of theory subjects and in 2nd point it says only 1 or 2 subjects? What's this confusion bro...
 
You can apply for grace marks at any point of time. Please note it might take 60 to 70 days to get the memos after you apply for grace marks.

1st Point is only for B.Tech R18 regulation students
2nd Point is for other regulations.
 
But what about r16 and r18 case ?

Bro can we apply for any of the following to know the marks of previous attempts of r16 subjects?
