JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) College-wise provisional list of B.Tech. R18 Regulations students who are eligible to apply for grace marks have been prepared and made available in the T-Sheets option in the exam portals of the respective Principal logins. For availing grace marks service the students have to fill-up the Form-5 (to be downloaded from students service portal) and the Principals have to sign at the appropriate place in the respective from. The form need to be either printed on the college letter-head / with a separate covering letters from the Principal enclosing the appropriate from and sent to the office of the Director of Evaluaiton. The performance in the examinations for which results are awaited and / or RC, RV & CV, shall be nullified if they apply for the PC & CMM under grace marks service. They shall not be permitted to write any future examinations.

The Principals are requested to note the following information with regard to grace marks.

1. A Separate form (Form-5) earmarked for grace marks service need to be filled up.

2. Marks shall be added up to 9 marks for four year B.Tech. course in failed subjects and 7 marks for Lateral entry students of B.Tech. course (maximum of two subjects).

3. All the semester marks/grade memos from the month/year specified in the list uploaded to portal today where the subject(s) have been shown as Fail need to be surrendered along with the Filled-in Form-5 (with the Principal endorsement). The selective new grade memos will be re-issued after processing of grace marks from the University Examination Branch along with PC & CMM.

I need urgent of grace marks added subject new memo which contains pass . Can I apply for grace marks directly in main jntuh examination branch? Or it is mandatory to apply in the respective colleges?

When will the updated grace marks list will be released.After 4 1 supply results I have a backlog in 4 2 sem I have exam on 26 but I want to apply for grace marks our college will let us apply only when the new/updated list is released.
Will there be any problem if I didn't attend the supply exam which I applied and apply for grace marks. Will there be any rejection.

Apply for grace marks at your respective college only.

Don't know when JNTUH might issue the next list. First check whether you are eligible for grace marks or not. I would suggest you to write the exam on 26. It might take 2 to 3 months to get the memos after you apply for grace marks.

1. I have one subject in 2-2 internal marks are 20 and external are 17 can I apply for grace marks.My name was not there in first list because I had one subject in 4-1 which is now cleared. I have no backlog other than in 2-2

2. JNTUH released the supply notification for 2-2 can I pay the fees

3. If I applied for grace but not yet confirmed whether I will get the grace marks or not in that case can I pay the supply fee and attempt the exam. Will it cause any effect to my grace marks that I applied for??

Please reply because there is only 2 days left for last day of supply exam fee payment.

Your Regulation ? @sara i would suggest you to pay the exam fee. It might take 2 to 3 months to get the memos after you apply for grace marks.

Hey, after 41 i am eligible for grace marks, but my name not there in previous list, so i asked my clg exam branch, they said no need to wait for new list ,come to clg and apply they said, when can i expect my result

Yes you can apply for grace marks if you are eligible after recent declaration of results. it might take 2 to 3 months to get the new memos after you apply for grace marks.

1. Yes you are eligible for grace marks.

2. Yes pay the exam fee if you don't want to apply for grace marks now.

3. You can apply for grace marks without waiting for the list. You can even apply for supply exams & attempt the exam.

I got 21 in internals and 19 in external in 4-2 exam .and i wrote 4-2 advance supply but got 12 in external. can I able to apply for Grace marks.plz let me know

Apply for grace marks by using the marks memo in which you secured 19 marks in external.

I have already applied for grace marks in september, but memos december lo vasthayo ledho confirmation ledhu ani cheparu ma college lo because enka first phase lo grace marks ki eligible iyena valake memos raledhu anta, nenu second phase lo apply chesanu so in that case na memos december lo kakunda jan 2024 lo vasthe, memo lo kuda 2024 ani vasthundha, ledha nen already 2023 lone apply chesanu kabati 2023 ane untundha, im R18 2019-23 batch.
please reply because special supply announce chesaru kadha evi late avthayi ante atleast ah fee ina pay chesthanu nadhi only one subject undhi.

Once you apply for grace marks you might not be eligible for exams. Once ask your exam cell staff to verify whether they are able to apply for special supply with your hall ticket number.
