JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) College-wise provisional list of B.Tech. R18 Regulations students who are eligible to apply for grace marks have been prepared and made available in the T-Sheets option in the exam portals of the respective Principal logins. For availing grace marks service the students have to fill-up the Form-5 (to be downloaded from students service portal) and the Principals have to sign at the appropriate place in the respective from. The form need to be either printed on the college letter-head / with a separate covering letters from the Principal enclosing the appropriate from and sent to the office of the Director of Evaluaiton. The performance in the examinations for which results are awaited and / or RC, RV & CV, shall be nullified if they apply for the PC & CMM under grace marks service. They shall not be permitted to write any future examinations.

The Principals are requested to note the following information with regard to grace marks.

1. A Separate form (Form-5) earmarked for grace marks service need to be filled up.

2. Marks shall be added up to 9 marks for four year B.Tech. course in failed subjects and 7 marks for Lateral entry students of B.Tech. course (maximum of two subjects).

3. All the semester marks/grade memos from the month/year specified in the list uploaded to portal today where the subject(s) have been shown as Fail need to be surrendered along with the Filled-in Form-5 (with the Principal endorsement). The selective new grade memos will be re-issued after processing of grace marks from the University Examination Branch along with PC & CMM.

The cooperation of the Principals is highly solicited.

You can apply after clearing your 1-2 supply if you are eligible for grace marks.

Cheppalemu bro. Need to wait & see. Meanwhile if you are having any supply exams go and attempt them. Don't keep any hopes on increase of grace marks or exemption.

In 32 regular i got 18, and i wrote supply on 2023 feb i got 13

For 32sub i have 21 in internal and 18 in external
Yes i have another backlog in 41 which i wrote supply exam recently and waiting for result
My regulation is r18 and i am 2019-23 batch
And i have another dought, when i wrote 32regular i got 18, and i wrote supply in feb this year i got 13, which they will consider?

If you clear 4-1 subject then you will be eligible for grace marks. Once you clear 4-1 subject then your name will be included in the grace marks list. They will consider the highest mark i.e., 18

Yes you can apply for grace marks any time.

Hi sir, I have backlog(I got 19 marks) in 4-1 which I have written supplementary and waiting for result, I've got one more backlog (I have scored 22marks) in 4-2, my name is not mentioned in eligibility list, if I clear 4-1 sem backlog will I be able to apply for 4-2 sem backlog, will the present eligibility list get updated or is it the final list, kindly do reply!!

Still you are having backlog in 4-1 semester that's the reason your name is not in the list. Try to clear 4-1 semester subject to be eligible to apply for grace marks in 4-2 semester. Give another try to clear 4-2 subject in upcoming 4-2 advanced supply exams.

Sir is it mandatory to write supply for 4-2 or can I apply grace marks immediately after clearing 4-1 sem backlog

It's your choice. You can apply for grace marks after clearing 4-1 exam. Even if you write/attempt 4-2 advanced supply and waiting for results still you can apply for grace marks in that 4-2 subject.

mine is r18 regulation..I have 2 supples one in 3-2 and one in 4-1. My name is not mentioned in the list.
I wrote both the supples recently and didn’t yet get my results…old marks in 4-1 supple are 20.
I think I will clear my 3-2 supple ..Will my name be added to the list.
What is the situation?
