I have applied grace marks few days ago i got remark you are not eligible because i got 15 marks only under R17 regulation required 11 to pass.
But they saw latest result in latest only i got 15 . In old attempt i got 17 marks . Actually how they database works they see only latest only .i have attached older memo only. Why this remark i got

For JNTUH B.Pharmacy Regular students 10 Grace marks.
For JNTUH B.Pharmacy Lateral Entry students 8 Grace marks.

Try to submit the previous marks memo in which you got 17 marks in external exams while applying for grace marks. What about your internal marks ?

I applied with that memo only internal 18

Actually how their databases works for grace marks checking . They only consider latest ?

According to the notification from JNTUH highest/best mark among all Regular/Supplementary examinations are taken while applying for grace marks.

My college got closed so Is any mistake .like principal had to upload any thing?
