Is any way to get 1 mark from jntuh actually they rejected due to 1 mark only

Hi i got one time chance notification if i get 16 marks am i eligible to apply grace marks with one time supply attempt?

yes you will be eligible for grace marks if you obtain 16 marks. You had mentioned that you already got 17 marks in one of the previous external examinations

Yes but gave remark as not eligible. I think my college has to update .since my college was closed they didn't got
Required information update from my college administration .
