Error exception status 200 on applying for Original degree at jntuh portal .

While trying to create the account for applying OD i am getting error 200. I tried several 100 times refreshing evertime and clearing cookies.
The possible possible way is to go to jntuh student service counter?

I am a 2021 passout.

Mail id n support is garbage. Try using different browser username is roll number and password can be reset . Make sure no else used your credentials and made account.

JNTUH online as well as offline service have been the same since very long time , try to make it at earliest or keep trying. There are several instances where site functionality was restored but just for a while . I highly advice to keep an eye on the threads and keep asking fellowmates .

@Kash How much amount did you pay? I'm R16 2021 passout and when I apply for OD in 11th convocation it is showing to pay 2900 instead of 400. I received my PC, CMM in November 2021. Your help means a lot. Thanks in advance.

I paid 2900+misc for memos (upto 1700~).
