Error exception status 200 on applying for Original degree at jntuh portal .

I'm unable to understand why I'm getting this error after uploading pc and photo right at payment gateway option, whatsoever which device i try from at the very last step payment is gimmicky . Not any one of t wallet or sbi mops is working, but to my surprise if I am not uploading both files it is working fine . I had also cross checked whether the files were incompatible but it was no fault.

Try to check the size of each file, it should be less than or equal to the size they had mentioned.

I had checked and converted , i mailed that support mailing address hope they'll get back , else I'm planning on visiting the university. How was your way of applying OD .

Yes, the offline process is completely removed nowadays. Only old batch students who could not apply through online can apply for OD in offline mode.

Yes was issued in july and was appeared first a month ago in portal and received it 3 days ago

Might be JNTUH had not enabled the option to issue OD for recently passed students. Try after few days or else take the issue to concern official at students service counter-JNTUH. They might help you.
