Visvesvaraya Technological University - VTU With reference to the aforementioned subjects and regulations, this is to inform to all concerned that the provisions governing the maximum timeline for the thesis submission shall apply to all Female Research Scholars and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Research Scholars enrolled in Ph.D. / M.S. (Research) Programme, for both Full-Time as well Part Time.
