VTU Concerning the subject cited above, it is hereby informed to all the Principals /Directors of Engineering Colleges / School of Architecture coming under the ambit of University to note the following-
1. Theory (pending papers) / practical Examinations for 1st semester of B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Plan., and Theory / Practical examinations of 1st semester M.Tech./M.Arch./MBA/MCA will commence from 26.07.2021 and a detailed timetable will be announced from the Examination section shortly.
2. The Project/ Seminar examinations of final year students are to be conducted through ONLINE mode. The Project/ Seminar reports are to be accepted in soft form (CD) only.
3. Preparatory holidays for the 1st-semester UG and PG examination will commence from 19.07.2021 onwards.
4. Classes of the 2nd-semester will resume immediately after practical examinations.
5. The colleges have to make arrangements to clarify the doubts of the students who desire, on a one-to-one basis for final year UG programs.
You are requested to bring the content of the circular to the notice of all concerned. The content of this circular is also applicable for all the Autonomous Colleges under the ambit of the University.
