Urgent-Need Help regarding OD

Any response given to your friend after visiting students service counters at JNTUH ? Yes you can change it no issues until it's status is changed to dispatched.

The Student service counter mentioned OD should be dispatched in 2 weeks. Its been 4 weeks still no change in status

Once I removed address from Student service profile, I don't see option to add/edit the address

Can you please help me to re-add the address?

I am not able to access students services portal at this time. will let you know once the website is back online.

As shown below I cannot see the Delivery address in the profile

If possible. Try to use "Students Grievance" & raise a query. Off-line service or counter service is not applicable for OD.

It does not show any address in the profile section for any one. Default address would the one which you had given during time of registration for OD or else it might display during check out after applying for required certificates only.

It would be better if you or any of your friend could visit students service counters at JNTUH to find out the reason in delay for dispatching the OD.
