Telangana Common Entrance Test Conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad
on behalf of Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE)

TG ECET (WP) 2026 : A Common Entrance Test designated in full as Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Candidates in short as TG ECET(WP) - 2026 will be conducted by Osmania University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education for the academic year 2026-2027.

For lateral entry admission into 2nd year regular B.E/B.Tech Courses in both University and Private Un-aided Professional Institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

• Issue of Notification : 08 June 2026 (Monday)
• Start of Online Application : 09 June 2026 (Tuesday)
• Last Date without Late Fee : 18 July 2026 (Saturday)
• Last Date with Late Fee : 24 July 2026 (Friday)
• Last date with late fee: Rs. 1500 (late fee) + Rs. 3000 (registration fee) from : 19-07-2026 to 24-07-2026
• Hall ticket download begins: 28-07-2026
• Examination date: 01-08-2026 (CSE) and 02-08-2026 (CIVIL, MECH, EEE, ECE and METALLURGY)
