The Government Polytechnics are requested to identify suitable Certificate Courses and Certificate Programmes that can be conducted by utilizing the industrial equipment, institutional infrastructure, and available expertise in their respective localities, habitations, or districts. The proposed programmes shall be aligned with the skill requirements of local industries and emerging employment opportunities to enhance the employability of youth.
