The Process goes like this, before submitting marks to JNTUH, colleges should display the marks in the notice board for at least 2 to 3 days so that students can verify those marks. It's a mistake made by your college staff while entering marks into the JNTUH portal/website. Find out from your exam cell staff whether you can change the marks with any fine which can be paid to JNTUH.
