All the U.G (CBCS) College Principals are hereby informed that the following details are to be noted for up-loading Semester-II Internal marks of U.G courses offering under CBCS Semester system from the academic year 2016-17.
1. Second Semester 1st Internal Assessment will be conducted as per the Palamuru University almanac i.e. on 06-03-2017 & 07-03-2017 and all UG college Principals are required to upload the marks on PU website college logins on are before 10-03-2017, 5.00 pm. After that college logins will be closed automatically.
2. There is no re-conduct of Internal Examination under CBCS system
3. Maximum Internal marks for all UG courses subjects are 20 marks (15 Marks Examinations & 5 Marks assignment).
4. Maximum Internal Marks for AECC subject i.e. Gender sensitizationare 10 marks for all UG courses (with no assignments)
5. At this time, only 1st internal assessment will be conducted and upload if for 20 marks.
6. Finally after completion of 2nd Internal Assessment for 20 marks, 1st Internal & 2nd internal marks average will be considered.
7. Absent should be noted as “AB”
8. Principals are hereby informed to verify the marks/entries made on the website and award list carefully as further changes will not be entertained.
