Palamuru University (PU) This is to notify those candidates willing to apply for the recounting of marks obtained in different papers for M.A./ M.Com./ M.Sc./ M.S.W/ M.B.A/ M.C.A., III-Semesters (Regular/Backlog) Examinations, January - 2026, may submit their application forms to their respective Principals in the given Proforma by paying a fee of Rs. 300/- per paper on or before 11-05-2026. The last date for the submission of Application forms to the COE by the Principal is 12-05-2026 by 5.00 PM.

Instructions :
1. This application will be accepted up to 12-05-2026.

2. Action will not be taken unless the application is accompanied by a photocopy of the memorandum of marks.

3. The prescribed fee for recounting is Rs. 300/- per paper.

4. The concerned Principal is required to transfer the fee amount through RTGS / NEFT for credit into “THE REGISTRAR, PALAMURU UNIVERSITY, MAHABUBNAGAR” A/C No: 62078258948, State Bank of India (S.B.I.), Ganesh Nagar, Mahabubnagar, IFSC Code: SBIN0016375 and obtain a receipt from the bank and submit the same to the Examination Branch, PU, along with the application forms. No Demand Drafts are accepted at Exam Branch, P.U.

5. The candidates may know the recounting result from the Examination Branch website/college Principal directly. The memorandum of marks of the candidates whose results have changed due to recounting will be sent to the college Principals.

6. If the marks secured in recounting are more than the marks secured in the semester examination by 10% of the maximum marks of the paper, the marks secured in recounting shall be taken as final, and the same will be awarded to the candidate. Accordingly, his/her result will be revised.
