It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned that the Pharm-D course(6YDC) I, II, III, IV & V Year (Main & Backlog) and Pharm-D course(3YDC) I, II Year (Main & Backlog) Examinations conducted in the month of September, 2016. The detailed Time-Table will be issued in due course.
The schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application Form is as follows:
*Processing fee Rs.300/-(For Fresh batch I year)
The college is requested to take DD in favour of Registrar Exam fee fund account, Palamuru University and submit to the Examination Branch along with examination forms on or before 01-09-2016.
NOTE:
1. The students are advised to enclose Xerox copies of their qualifying examinations certificates attested by the college Principal concerned with the examination application form and migration certificate, if any, with migration fee of Rs.125/- (If the candidate belongs to other than PU/AP Intermediate Board).
2. The candidates may be allotted (12) digit Hall Ticket Numbers. The Candidate/father’s name should be given in the “Student Admission Information System” as per the qualifying examinations/Intermediate Certificate. Any deviation will attract a penalty of Rs.25/- per name correction at the examination branch.
3. Principals are hereby requested not to forward Supplementary candidates applications.
