Osmania University ( OU ) UG (CBCS) BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BSW I to VI Semesters One Time Chance Examinations Notification - September/October 2026
Osmania University - OU It is here by informed to all the concerned that, as per the decision of the Standing Committee of the Academic Senate Vide Letter No.463/M/Acad.I/2026, dated: 18.04.2026, the students of UG (CBCS) B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BSW Semester I to VI Course who were admitted in the academic year 2016 -2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 86 2020-2021 are permitted to clear their backlog papers after the stipulated period (i.e. within five years (3+2) ) by appearing in the ensuing examinations with a penal fee of Rs.5,000/- per paper in addition to normal exam fee, as a one-time chance. The exams will be conducted tentatively in the month of September/October-2026.

Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at the Office of the concerned Principals of respective Colleges.
Fee Particulars : For I to VI Semesters (CBCS) One-Time Chance Candidates:
Note :
1. The exact date of commencement of the examinations and detailed time table will be Notified later.
2. The detail of Examination Fee schedule is enclosed.
3. Tentatively the examinations would commence in the month of September/October 2026. The exact date of commencement of the Examinations and detailed time table would be notified in due course of time.
4. The Principals/ Directors are requested to inform the candidates that the examination fee & application forms will not be accepted after the due date.
5. The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.U. Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
