Osmania University ( OU ) It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the M.E./M-Tech. AICTE All Branches IV- Semester PROJECT DISSERTATION (2023-2024 & 2024-2025 batches) Examination August - 2026.

Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at the Office of the concerned Principals of respective Colleges.
Fee Particulars :
Note :
1. The Principals/ Directors are requested to inform the candidates that the examination fee & application forms will not be accepted after the due date.
2. The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.U. Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
3. Any discrepancies with regards to the Candidate data such as Internal marks, Practical, Viva-voce and Projects etc. should be brought to the notice of concerned officials of Examination Branch and obtain the acknowledgement within one month of declaration of results. After one month, queries will not be entertained.
4. The candidates who have registered in the academic year 2022-2023 candidates are also eligible for Project Dissertation Submission. However, their eligibility ends on 31st December, 2026 for Project Dissertation Submission.
5. This Notification is applicable for The M.E./M.Tech. Students who have completed their course work up to 3rd Semester and eligible to submit the thesis. The examination fee along with 02(two) sets of hard bound thesis books, project internal evaluation reports and marks memo's are to be submitted for the conduct of external project viva-voice examination. A soft copy of the thesis signed by The Guide and The Head of the Department has to be sent to the official mail id oumethesis@gmail.com

Fee Particulars :
- Project Dissertation Submission Fee : Rs. 4000/- [This also include plagiarism checking fee]
- Students need to pay an additional fee for provisional, consolidate memo Rs. 925/-
