MGU-Nalgonda UG Valuation Notice 5th Semester Regular Exams Feb 2022

Note:
1. You are requested to send the Regular/Aided/Ratified faculty with a minimum of 3 yrs. Experience.
2. Principals are requested to mention the papers taught in a particular subject by the faculty member in their Relieving Order.
3. The Evaluators should submit the Relieving letter from their concerned Principal on the day of reporting.
4. Any mistake or fault done by the evaluators (AE) and also Chief Examiners (CE) during the course of valuation and entry of marks, such AE’s or CE’s will be fined Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 10,000 (depending on the seriousness of the fault) and it is the responsibility of the college Principal to recover the money from the concerned AE or CE and remit to the Registrar, Examination Fund A/c, MGU.
5. And also such AE’s or CE’s will be blacklisted and restricted from evaluation for a minimum period of 2 years or more as directed by the recommendations of the committee constituted by the University.
6. The Evaluators should follow the Covid Instructions.
