Leaving subjects when all clear

I am of R16 regulation.I have passed in all the subjects. But leaving 2 subjects in which I got C grade is increasing my percentage. Am I eligible for leaving those subjects even when I have cleared them?

JNTUH will remove automatically 2 subjects in which you got least grades while calculating CGPA.

If you had passed all subjects then you can't
