Jntuh r18 in-convocation original degree not received till now

I am r18 regulation applied for jntuh original degree OD on November 24th 2022, its been 4 months still i haven't received od by post. Also i checked in students portal for payment of 2900 to get it in 1 week but its showing exception error. Can you tell me when will i get od . Should i go to jntuh counter and ask?
 
Can i apply for post convocation 900rs its showing in student portal. As i have already applied in convocation of 400rs. So can i apply in post convocation to get earlier
 
Hii . The thing is i received 11th in convocation od today but i have already applied for post convocation last week .will there be any problem ? Double certificates?
