JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) The Autonomous Colleges are submitting their Results, RC/RV Results, PC/CMM and OD data for University approval. While submitting aforesaid data the Autonomous Colleges are resorting to certain irregularities repeatedly. Hence, the following penalties / fines are proposed to be imposed on Autonomous Colleges as punishment so that they do not repeat the same:
1. The penalties for all the deviations by Autonomous Colleges shall be as per the above.
2. All the above penalties shall be implemented after taking approval of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, JNTUH in all the cases involving more than Rs.50,000/- penalty.
This order comes into force with immediate effect.

JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) The Autonomous Colleges are submitting their Results, RC/RV Results, PC/CMM and OD data for University approval. While submitting aforesaid data the Autonomous Colleges are resorting to certain irregularities repeatedly. | 3 | Any request for correction in : Internal marks / External marks /Missing Entries / Credits, after University approval | Rs.10,000/- Per Results For whole branch Rs.20,000/- Per Results (only after submission of appropriate evidence) |
| 4 | Any request for correction in degree class code in PC/CMM before University approval | No. of students X Rs.10,000/- |
| 5 | Issuing PC/CMM / Grace Marks without prior approval from JNTUH | Rs.1,00,000/- Per Candidate. Review of Autonomy of the college |
| 6 | Issuing PC/CMM / Grace Marks for not eligible candidates | Rs.3,00,000/- Per Candidate Review of Autonomy of the college |
| 7 | Issuing of manipulated Marks Memos | Legal action & Review of Autonomy of the college |
| 8 | Submission of faulty/false/wrong information about last three years pass percentage | Rs.1,00,000/- |
| 9 | Not able to provide the student Answer Scripts (internal / external) | Results will be kept withheld |
