You cant apply for grace marks. Clear one subject & apply for exemption to get the degree.

Sir i am R09 batch in 4-2 sem in ehvac subject internal 23 nd external 18.NNFL i got internal 23 nd external 17. Again 1 subject have 3-2 backlog
It is posible.

Yes you can apply for exemption & grace marks at a time. Yes original memo is mandatory while applying for grace marks.

1 more doubt in3-2 subject PSD regular i got the external 22 &internal 22.in supply internal 22 &external 14.can i used this subject in grace mark

You can use any best mark in external exam till now [from all regular/supple exams] while applying for grace marks. In your case yes you can use grace mark in PSD [With Regular exam marks] & leave other 2 subjects under exemption rule to get the memos.

You will get new revised mark memo [Semester in which you had applied for grace marks], CMM & PC. It would take atleast 30 days to get the memos.
