JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) Issue of PC/CMMs for Autonomous Colleges - 2026 Orders
JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) The University grants autonomy to Affiliated Colleges, a split-system emerges for issuing critical graduation documents such as currently PC and CMM are issued directly by the Autonomous College and Original Degree (OD) is issued by the University, the decoupling of the PC/CMM from the OD introduces several administrative, professional, and academic problems such as:
1. The Autonomous Colleges are submitting their Results, RC/RV Results, PC/CMM and OD data for University approval. While submitting aforesaid data the Autonomous Colleges are resorting to certain irregularities repeatedly such as:
2. Further, because of two entirely different administrative bodies are printing PC/CMM and OD documents, mismatches in the student's name, their parent's name, date of birth may arise. This may lead to problems to students during certificate verification and immigration process.
3. Evaluation bodies like WES often require university explicitly counter-signs on all documents of academic transcripts of students applying for Foreign Universities.
4. PC is equivalent to OD with limited period of validity.
In view of the above, it is proposed to generate and issue the PC/CMMs for Autonomous College students by the University @ Rs.500/- per PC/CMM from A.Y. 2026-27 passed out students.
In the circumstances as sated above, the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, JNTUH is pleased to accord permission to the Director, University Examinations (DUEX), JNTUH to generate and issue the PC/CMMs for Autonomous College students by collecting Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per PC/CMM from Academic Year 2026-27 passed out students.

- Issuing PC/CMM / Grace Marks without prior approval from JNTUH
- Issuing PC/CMM / Grace Marks for not eligible candidates
- Issuing of tampered Marks Memos/ PC/CMMs
