My CMM is available on the student portal but PC is still pending. Its been 45 days and also my college staff not responding to me. Could you clarify when would I get update on my PC? @Rahul
Your college staff need to collect it from JNTUH exam branch and distribute it to you.

@Rahul
it's an error from their side, few transcripts may not reflect in portal.

Both PC and CMM will be collected by your college staff from University. JNTUH prints PC and CMM at the same time (depends on how many requests were pending at JNTUH) , if you want PC transcript apply Offline (Filled-in Form 4) by paying 60/- Plus Charges at at JNTUH Examination Branch

I have only one backlog in 2-2 That is Laplace transforms subject and I got 15 marks I'm from lateral entry am I eligible for applying grace marks @Rahul

Thank you for the clarification Gautam. I went to my college on 15-12-2023. They are telling its not available yet even though its been almost 47 days and Cmm is reflecting on portal so do you have any idea how much longer it will take. Is it my college staff fault as they are delaying to collect from Jntuh? I would appeciate your response on this. Thank you.

Regarding missing PC on the portal, when we report the issue to the Examination Branch at JNTUH, they often advise us to submit an offline application instead of promptly updating the portal.

and the delay of 47 days is excessive; ideally, they should streamline the collection process from JNTU. It appears that they might be waiting to accumulate a stack of collectable documents before taking action, causing unnecessary delays.

Thanks again Gautam. Appreciate your appropriate response. So can you suggest me what to do? I mean should I visit Jntuh for the offline application like you said and get it sorted or shall i contact my college and let them know that its delayed already and they should streamline this. Your suggestion will be valuable to me. Please clarify. Thank you. @Gautam7

Reach out to the college as they are obligated to provide the Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidated Mark Memo (CMM).

At JNTUH, the issuance of the PC Transcript (not original PC) occurs offline, while the original PC and CMM are only issued in the Tatkal mode.

Given the 47+ day delay, obtaining these documents in Tatkal mode may not be feasible. It is advisable to contact the college and communicate the urgency of your situation.

I have applied offline at jntuh on 22-12-2023 for pc cmm transcript as my college is not giving me any update or responding to my calls and messages regarding my certificates. So jntuh exam branch has given me a token and told me to come on 27-12-2023. So how do i check this on the portal whether my application is in process or not. Please clarify. @Gautam7

Since it is handled offline, tracking is not available. Please collect it from JNTUH Examination Branch on December 27, 2023.

Another question. At jntuh i have raised my doubt regarding missing pc but the reply i am getting is "check with your college" even though i am asking them to check their system and let me know if my college staff has collected them or not. Now when I went to my college they are saying jntuh has not given any update and told me to come afterwards. As per your information im confident that pc cmm have been generated at the same time but still neither my college nor jntuh are clarifying even though i know its a technical issue and they should be looking into this. Till now on the portal it still shows cmm but pc is missing Thats the reason i applied for pc cmm transcript. These people are just making me go here and there. What should I do about the original ones? How much more time should I wait? I got a job offer and have to leave abroad in january and without my certificates my offer would go to someone else. Your response will be appreciate. @Gautam7
