JNTUH will dispatch your OD once convocation is completed. You can get the tracking ID to your mobile number once your OD is dispatched.

Ok sir but it is mentioned that it takes 45 To 60 Days to delivery but it still didn't get. So, it takes more time to get my od convocation @Rahul Sir?

45 to 60 days If convocation is completed & If you had applied in In-Convocation Mode.

If you are in urgent need of OD then you need to apply in Pre/Post-Convocation Mode to get the OD within 2 to 3 weeks.

Thanks for responding.

My PC doesn't have the number shared in the first screenshot. It does have a number on the top right 'PC Number-B.Tech', when I enter that number it fails with the message 'not verified'.

I tried calling all the numbers shared in this post, none seem to work. This number - '9491283135' which is on the website says it's switched off.

If you happen to know anyone prior 2009 who did this successfully please let me know if it worked for them.

@Rahul - Thanks again for your help. I was able to get past the issue and got my OD delivered pretty quickly.

The portal team support.oss@jntuh.ac.in was helpful and responded to my queries.

Resolution - Support asked my to use the last 5 digits of the 'PC Number-B.Tech'(see screenshot from Rahul) to verify/validate my PC. This worked immediately and I received my OD within 3 days.

Hope this helps other who run into this issue in the future. I am 2008 pass-out and it worked for me.

I have applied for OD with pre-convocation link and charged with 2900 for the OD, unaware of In-Convocation link from which I am going to get my OD for 400 only. This is not correct as I am 2022 graduate... Jntuh should charge me only 400. The procedure/website should avoid these type of consequences. Just because I applied with wrong link, 2500 amount extra for me. Please resolve my issue. Since, It's the wrong from JNTUH side.

If you apply in In-Convocation you will get the OD only after convocation is completed. which might take alot of time. anyways you will get the OD soon since you applied in Pre Convocation mode. can't do anything right now.

I got the OD, but I realized it later that In-Convocation link also available.

It's ok. Thanks for responding to my concern. I just have one request, in pre or post convocation link mention some text about In-Convocation, so that the students who are graduating currently will get an idea about this.

JNTUH Difference between Pre-Convocation / Post-Convocation / In-Convocation Modes to Apply For OD

I) JNTUH Procedure to apply for Original Degree Certificate ( PC received after 2002) :: Pre / Post-Convocation [For Receiving Original Degree Certificate immediately (within a week)]

Instructions to The Candidates
The registration procedure for obtaining the original degree certificates for all Convocation OD's is through online only.

The new users of this service has to enroll initially using the service New User Registration The Password has to be created by the student at the time of registration. Further the candidates are informed to remember their passwords for any future correspondence or updates. The User name shall be the hall-ticket number of the candidate during the study of the course for which he/she is seeking the Original Degree certificate.

The fee amount can be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/ATM cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBH using the on-line Challan generated by this registration application software. In case the candidate opts for the online challan payment mode and if the payment is not made by the candidate against this challan at any of the SBH bank branches, the registration shall be null and void.

II) JNTUH Procedure To Apply For Original Degree Certificate (PC received before October 2002 = Passed out candidates before 2002) :: Post-Convocation

Supporting Documents/Copies to be submitted :
1. Amount = Rs. 600/- + Late fee of Rs. 500/- per year

2. Filled in Form-2 ==> Download Link 1 | Download Link 2

3. Photostat copy of Provisional Certificate (PC).

4. Photostat copies of SSC & Aadhaar Card.

5. Softcopy of passport size photograph in CD or DVD.

6. Retain a photocopy of Form-2 with you.

7. If you have not received the certificate with in 60 days of your application,contact the Director of Evaluation for EMS (Speed Post) number. No claim of non-receipt of Certificate shall be entertained if it is not reported with 60 days of your application.

Note:

1. The payments can be made in one of the following modes: Smart-card swiping/ T-Wallet/ SBI Challan / DD
2. If Demand Draft is taken, it should be drawn in favor of "THE REGISTRAR JNTUH", payable at Hyderabad. The student Hall-Ticket number should be written on the backside of DD.
3. If the student desires to choose challan option, the challan should be taken only at the campus SBI (JNTU Hyderabad) Branch.
4. The T-Wallet/ Swiping facility using the smart card (debit/credit card) is available at the student service counter.

III) JNTUH Procedure to apply for Original Degree Certificate For Dual Degree Awardees :
All the Dual degree awardees are informed to note that, for getting the OD of their JNTUH PG degree, they should submit the application addressed to Director of Evaluation with following three enclosures:

1) A DD for Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of Registrar, JNTUH.

2) a copy of PC of JNTUH PG certificate.

3) Copy of B.Tech OD.

The PG OD will be sent to the address which was mentioned at the time of your B.Tech OD registration

Received PC CMM on 30-12-2023 but unfortunately PC is missing on portal. CMM is available but not PC. So how do I resolve this? I have to leave abroad for job and need to get my OD anyhow because I have to get it attested. Whom do I contact in jntuh? Is there any department regarding this concern. Please guide me. Thank you.

Also I wanted to ask I already got MOI and Migration certificate from college so do I still have to obtain those from jntuh? Is it compulsory? Let me know. Thank you.

It might take a week for the OD. Better to apply for MOI & Migration from JNTUH (through online).
