Sir, i already got detained previous yr in my 3-2 due to my liver condition bc of it i wasn't able to attend the exams and was absent and now unfortunately i have less then 73 credits R_18 ....sir please let me know whether i m promoted to 4 yr or i m detained ....sir if i m detained please whether there is a exemption or not ... please sir please ...i am doing job + studies ...sir please reply
