JNTU-Gurajada ( JNTU-GV ) Ph.D. Research Scholars - Return of Original Certificates - Instructions for Collection - Reg.
JNTU-Gurajada ( JNTU-GV ) It is hereby informed that, as per the approval accorded by the competent authority and in accordance with the applicable UGC guidelines, the original educational certificates submitted by the research scholars at the time of admission shall be returned to the respective scholars. Accordingly, all research scholars whose original certificates are presently in the custody of the Directorate of Research and Development are requested to collect the same in person from the Directorate during working hours.
Before collecting the original certificates, the research scholars shall submit the original receipt issued by the University at the time of retention of their original certificates, along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the certificates for retention in the University records. The scholars are requested to produce a valid University/Institutional Identity Card or any other valid proof of identity at the time of collection and acknowledge receipt of the original certificates.
All concerned research scholars are therefore advised to complete the above formalities and collect their original certificates at the earliest convenience.
