I don't see any problem in that link , and fyi it's only way possible to apply for OD one cannot even visit University to apply for OD , I did Via student portal link . I had used SBI Mops and done payment by scanning qr code via Gpay. Make sure you select only address and match the pc number and leave blank photo image and pc image.
Hi Kash, i am receiving the same error since last 5 days, how its possible to proceed further without attaching the documents, see the below photo,Yes , madam asked me to do the payment without uploading documents , and i did that so post that I got acknowledgement. She said that payment error is known to University and they have our data so we need to proceed without uploading pc cmm . I got my receipt. She said it will come after 10 days .
See that procedure for proceeding without files upload is for OD ,The transcript, migration certificate, medium certificate and memo doesn't require any uploading of documents. Being said that I was receiving same error from 5 days , today i went to jntuh mam over there said me that there's been a problem in the server kindly proceed without scanning and make the payment. For sure it is huge amount but i made the payment and got the acknowledgement, Also it's showing me the status under application tracking.
