JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) Circular of JNTUH Affiliated Autonomous colleges willing extended benefits to students
JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) It has come to the notice of the University that certain Autonomous Colleges are applying customized norms for exam evaluation concessions, pass rules, and mark adjustments.
Therefore, all Principals of Affiliated Autonomous Colleges, which are willing to extended benefits of Grace Marks, Moderation and Grafting to their students , are hereby instructed to strictly adopt and implement the prevailing University Orders and Rules in to regarding the following examination provisions:
1. Subject Moderation rules approved by the University shall be uniformly applied for all the autonomous institutions and Moderation benefits must strictly adhere to the percentage limits, thresholds, and conditions established by the University.
2. Grafting shall be executed strictly as per the University's prescribed formula and credit constraints.
3. Grace Marks must be awarded strictly complying with the University's prevailing ceiling i.e. 0.15% for students admitted from the academic year 2022-23 and thereafter including Autonomous Colleges without any deviations following Univ. Proceedings No. AA/DAP/JNTUH/R22 Grace Marks/1005/2026, dated 30.06.2026.
Autonomous colleges shall not alter, modify, or create independent guidelines regarding Subject Moderation, Grafting, and Grace Marks that deviate from the University's prevailing orders.
