APJAKTU Grievance Submission - Certificates & Results November 2022
APJAKTU In the wake of media reports that students are not receiving their degree certificates, it is hereby notified that students who have graduated in 2022 have already received their the provisional certificates and consolidated grade cards in digital formats. These certificates are available for download in students' logins as and when they clear their supplementary papers in the subsequent supplementary chances provided by the University.
Students are issued degree certificates within 45 days of receiving their requests through the portal. More than 4158 students have received their BTech certificates. Students who have received job offers and opportunities for higher education at foreign universities this year have already received their certificates. The degree certificates of the students who have applied for degree certificates afterwards are in various stages of issuance process.
There is no inordinate delay in the issuance of certificates as reported by a section of media. To ensure that the students' concern are given utmost priority in the University, those students who have applied for the certificate and have not received them yet may kindly e-mail their grievance to pro@ktu.edu.in with their Register Number along with the the date of application.
