Dear Students, I understand that many of you are worried about the dates of examinations and results. As we all know because of the Corona crisis and increased cases in East Godavari district we are unable to conduct the examinations in July. This is for the safety and health issues as per the governmental guidelines.
Now we are doing the necessary preparations to conduct the examinations taking all precautions like social distancing, sanitization of examination rooms, increased number of centres for examinations as well as spot evaluation etc. It is tentatively planned to conduct the examinations in the month of August 2020 and by Last week of September 2020 the results will likely be announced. This again depends on the prevailing situation of Corona at that time.
Hence students are requested to use this time productively and prepare for the examinations. The time that is lost will be made up in the next semester by reducing the holidays and increasing the number of class hours per day so that the academic year can be brought back on track.
