Schedule of submission of applications for Revaluation answer scripts for the students who have already taken photocopy of answer scripts of 1st to 6th Sem. B.E./B.Tech examinations held during May/June/July 2015 have been extended as slated below:
Schedule of filing applications is as under:
Starting of on-line Filing of applications : 22nd August 2015
Last date for on-line Filing of applications without penalty : 26th August 2015
Last date for on-line Filing of applications with penalty of RS.500/- : 27th August 2015
PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE APPLICATIONS:
1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE EMS COORDINATOR 10.
2. Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 400/- per subject.
3. Principals of respective institution shall make arrangements to submit consolidated list of applications to the respective regional offices of the University along with a DD for the fee collected drawn in favour of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum on or before 28th August 2015.
4. All procedures remain same as per earlier notifications.
5. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.
Please Note:
1. The students who have already applied and received photocopy under the earlier notifications are eligible to apply for Revaluation only for those subjects in which they have taken photocopy.
2. The students who have not applied for Photocopy are not eligible for submitting their application under this notification.
3. The students who applied for photocopy only are eligible to apply for Revaluation, only in the subject in which they have applied for photocopy.
4. The students who have not applied for Revaluation and Photocopy are not eligible.
