The practical batches are already created and the requests are coming to the University for moving students from one batch to another. Further, for late submitted applications fresh batches are to be created and the students of fresh batch are to be moved to the existing batches.
Procedure for moving students from one batch :
1. Request has to be raised by using Principal's credentials,
2. Select batch movement request menu.
3. Search for USN, Select the lab subject, for which movement is required -display the available batches with all information.
4. Select the batch to which the student is to be moved by giving necessary inputs.
5. Give proper reason without fail, if not, request will not be approved.
6. If the Registrar (Evaluation) approves the ticket, the candidate will be moved to selected batch.
7. Separate ticket is to be generated for each candidate.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. No student can be moved from the batch for which the examination session is started/already completed.
2. Student cannot be moved to the batch for which the examination session is already completed.
The Principals of constituent, affiliated and autonomous engineering colleges are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all the concerned.
