JNTUH B.Tech R16 Provisional list of candidates eligible for grace marks, credit exemption with an Undertaking for the issue of PC and CMM

JNTUH College-wise lists of students who are eligible to apply for
i) grace marks,
ii) credit exemption and
iii) grace marks followed by credit exemption have been prepared and made available in the T-Sheets option in the exam portals of the respective Principal logins. For these three categories, the students have to fill-up the appropriate undertaking form (to be downloaded from student service portal) and the Principals have to sign at the appropriate place in the respective forms. These forms need to be either printed on the college letter-head / with a separate covering letters from the Principal enclosing the appropriate form and sent to the office of DE. The performance in the examinations for which results are awaited and/or RC, RV & CV, shall be nullified if they apply for the PC & CMM under any of these three categories.

They shall not be permitted to write any future examinations. The applications received by 28-08-2021 forenoon shall be processed on priority basis and efforts will be made to issue PC & CMM at the earliest possible date.

The Principals are requested to note the following rules with regard to grace marks and credit exemption categories.

Those who seek grace marks:
1. A separate form (Form-5) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. Marks shall be added up to 10 marks for four year B.Tech course in failed subjects and 7 marks for lateral entry students of B.Tech course (maximum of two subjects).

3. All the semester marks/grade memos from the month/year specified in the list uploaded to portal today, where the subject(s) have been shown as Fail need to be surrendered along with the Filled-in Form (with the Principal endorsement) and the selective new marks/grade memos will be re-issued from the University Examination Branch along with PC & CMM.

Those who seek only credit exemption:
1. A separate form (Form-6) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. The students who failed in not more than two subjects and credits of the failed subjects is less than or equal to 6, are only eligible to apply for the credit exemption

3. The subjects shall be shown as Fail in the CMM but since the student secures 186 credits, PC & CMM will be issued.

Those who seek both grace marks and credit exemption:
1. A separate form (Form-7) earmarked for this category need to be filled up

2. Points mentioned in the above two cases (grace marks and credit exemption) are applicable.

Sir i am r16 batch i have 3 backlogs .
M4 is (4 credits)
Dss is ( 4 credits)
M1 is ( 3 credits )
And my all external marks is. M4= ext=17 marks
= internal = 16 marks
M1 = ext = 19 marks
= internal = 21
Dss = ext= 11 marks
= internal = 17 marks
So my doubts is can we apply for grace marks or credit excemption?
Sir please clear my doubts
 
List is not given clg management are asking to go jntuh and ask those marks list ,will jntuh give those old marks list ?

Results Processing already completed they should have announced long back on 18th Nov 2021 only. Don't know why they are delaying the results.

Will be issued within 2 months after convocation is completed. You will get tracking id through sms as soon as OD is dispatched by JNTUH.

If we get 16 marks in the previous results will that show up in the grace marks list

They will send best mark which you got among all the all regular/supple conducted till now.
Today we visited jntuh they said if you are eligible for grace marks of previous marks which are not published in results we will get our names in the list only if we are eligible for grace marks regular/supply
 
Sir my m1 external marks is 14. And internal marks is. 18.So can we apply for revoulvation/ recounting . If we getting a passing marks or not? According to university correction.

If you are confident then go for RC/RV.

Note : As per prevailing practice since 2012, if difference of marks after revaluation and first valuation is more than or equal to 15% of maximum external marks then revaluation marks will be retained. If the change is less than 15% or marks secured in revaluation is less than first valuation marks, the first valuation marks shall be retained.
 
Sir, I want to apply for pc & cmm after this 4-1& 4-2 supplementary results. But when I asked college exam branch they told jntuh didn't gave any notification to apply, which means eligibility list and they told to wait for next update. But now the problem is Capgemini interviewer asked to submit my pc & cmm in next 15 days. What should I do now ??
