Applications for 2020 Taiwan Scholarship and 2020 Huayu Enrichment Scholarship are open now. The programs are an effort to encourage foreign students to undertake degree studies in Taiwan to familiarise themselves with the academic environment in Taiwan and promote communication, understanding, and friendship between Taiwan and the international community.
