The students whose approvals are delayed and who have received / yet to receive the fresh USNs (i.e. Lateral entry admission during 2018, Change of Branch / Change of Branch etc.,) are permitted to apply for Dec. 2018 / Jan 2019 examinations up to 15th November 2018 without penalty.
