VTU Submission of Applications for 22nd Annual Convocation
VTU-Visvesvaraya Technological University The Principals of Constituent and Affiliated Engineering Colleges are hereby informed to instruct the Final Semester students to submit their convocation application forms online from 22.06.2022 along with prescribed fee as detailed below:
1. The candidates appearing for final semester examinations of UG and PG courses are required to file application for 22nd Annual Convocation.
2. Students can employ the credentials used for exam application(user name: USN), if the student does not remember the password, he/she can reset the password using forgot password option.
3. The student has to fill the required details in the online application form at; https://convocation.vtu.ac.in and make the requisite payment online.
4. The student should finalize the application and make the payment.
5. Once the students finalize the application and completes the payment, then the department/ college has to approve the same.
6. Convocation fee for the students of Constituent and affiliated Engineering colleges is for Indian National Rs. 800/- and for Foreign National $200 (The payment is to be done in Indian rupees considering the conversion rate as on 22-06-2022 for the complete period of convocation application )
