Hon'ble Justice Upalokayukta vide his letter dated (ref(l)) reported to the University that that some of colleges are not returning the original mark cards and other documents submitted by the students who are allotted seats by KEA while seeking admission to Engineering Colleges, when these students are allotted seats in other courses. Further, they are demanding additional fees w.r.t. to the same
Further, Hon'ble Justice Upalokayukta has directed the University to Circular to all such Engineering Colleges and take necessary action in this regard.
Therefore, in view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Justice Upalokayukta, this circular is being issued informing the colleges to return the original marks cards and other original documents to the students, if they are allotted a seat by KEA in any course and not to demand any additional fee for the same.
If the violation of the above is reported to the University or has been observed by the University, suitable necessary action will be taken against the colleges.
