Schedule of submission of applications for Revaluation & Photocopy of answer scripts of 1st & 2nd semester BE / B.Tech / B.Arch examinations held during June/July 2016 is as slated below:
Schedule of filing applications is as under
PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE APPLICATIONS:
1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE EMS COORDINATOR ID and the application fee is Rs. 10/- per sem.
2. Fee for Photocopy of Answer Script is Rs. 300/- per subject.
3. Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 400/- per subject.
4. All the students are eligible apply for Revaluation in any number of theory subjects.
5. All the students are eligible to apply for Photocopy of answer scripts in any number of theory subjects. (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets)
6. Photocopy of Answer Script is Not Mandatory to apply for Revaluation.
7. Students may apply for Photocopy of Answer Script OR only Revaluation OR Both Photocopy and Revaluation.
8. For the Students admitted to B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch. during 2015-2016 and onwards "Marks after Revaluation will be considered as final Marks without taking into consideration the marks obtained in the first valuation"
9. Principals of respective institution shall make arrangements to submit consolidated list of applications to the respective regional offices of the University along with a DD for the fee collected drawn in favour of Finance Officer , VTU Belagavi on or before 8th September 2016.
10. All procedures remain same as per earlier notifications.
11. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.

- Last date for on-line Filing of applications without penalty : 01-09-2016
- Last date for on-line Filing of applications with penalty of Rs.500/- : 03-09-2016
