Schedule of submission of applications for Photocopy and Revaluation of answer scripts of 1st Semester of B.Arch (CBCS Scheme)., examinations held during Dec. 2015/Jan 2016 is as slated below :
SCHEDULE OF FILING APPLICATIONS IS AS UNDER:
PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE APPLICATIONS:
1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE EMS COORDINATOR ID.
2. Application fee is Rs.10/- may be collected and out of which Rs. 5/- per candidate shall be remitted to the University.
3. Fee for Photocopy of Answer Script is Rs. 300/- per subject.
4. Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 400/- per subject.'
5. All the students are eligible to apply for Photocopy and Revaluation in any number of theory subjects. (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets)
6. Photocopy of Answer Script is Not Mandatory to apply for Revaluation.
7. Students may apply for Photocopy of Answer Script OR only Revaluation OR Both Photocopy and Revaluation.
8. Principals of respective institution shall make arrangements to submit consolidated list of applications to the respective regional offices of the University along with a DD for the fee collected drawn in favour of Finance Officer , VTU Belagavi on or before 31st March 2016.
9. All procedures remain same as per earlier notifications.
10. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.

- Last date for on-line Filing of applications without penalty : 23.03.2016
- Last date for on-line Filing of applications with penalty of Rs.500/- : 26.03.2016
