Online filing of examination application forms for Dec.2015-Jan.2016 examinations will be enabled through web based application and the same is available on www.examform.vtu.ac.in from the dates given here under. The colleges shall make arrangements to submit the application forms of all the candidates . The schedule is as detailed below:
A separate notification will be released for filing up of examination applications by the students admitted to 1st sem. UG/PG courses and 3rd sem. B.E/B.Tech and MCA lateral entry during 2015 and for higher semesters students who have opted for change of branch and change of college.
KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Do not allow the candidates who are falling under the following category to file examination application forms:
2. Do not issue the admission tickets to the cand idates, even though they have filed examination application form in the following circumstances:
PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE APPLICATIONS :
1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH THE EMS COORDINATOR
2. The Principals are requested to Instruct all the Heads of Departments to make arrangements for candidate-wise online filing of Application Forms from the Staff designated for this purpose from the Department.
3. Students need to approach designated staff of their department to apply for Examinations.
4. On the request of the students & on payment of Fee, online applications shall be submitted by the designated staff members .
5. A printout of application thus submitted shall be taken to get the student's signature, which shall be approved by the HOD and Principal/his representative .
6. Principals of respective institution shall make arrangements to submit consolidated list of applications to the respective regional offices of the University along with a DD for the fee collected drawn in favour of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum within Seven days from the last date positively.
ADMISSION TICKET:
1. List of students submitted shall be approved by the Principal
2. On approval from the Principal, Admission tickets of such candidates shall be generated and a printout in triplicate shall be taken. Photograph of the concerned students shall be pasted on all the three copies.
3. The Admission tickets with photo shall be attested by the Principal/ HOD.
4. One copy of the admission ticket to be provided to the student,which will be the valid document for the students to enter into the examination hall.
5. Further, the college shall retain one copy and the other copy shall be submitted to the respective Regional Offices.
6. Admission tickets may be issued to the candidates after ascertaining the eligibility of the candidates, as indicated in eligibility criteria.
APPLICATION FEE:
Application processing fee of Rs.10/- per candidate may be collected, out of which colleges may deduct Rs.5/- per candidate towards application processing and printing charges and remaining Rs.5/- shall be submitted to the University along with the examination and marks card fee in a single DD as stated above.
