1. In continuation of t he above the following is informed w.r.t. One Time Exit Scheme.
2. Revised Processing Fee : Rs. 500/- only per candidate per semester till the candidate obtain eligibility. This fee shall be submit ted to the Registrar, VTU Belagavi in the form of online payment mad e in the name of Finance Officer, VTU Belagavi
4. Excess Processing fee collected by the colleges must be refunded to students immediately ( vide III (3) of this Office Notification No. VTU/BGM/AcaOS/Exit Sch/2017-18/4777 dt: 13-09-2017)
5. The student s who are waiting for the Result s / Revaluation Results shall also register for this scheme. Fee paid by such students shall be retained at the college. The college shall refund the fee for the students who become eligible and ineligible students fee shall be submit ted to the University. The list of such registrants and their backlog subjects shall be submit ted separately along wit h the Processing fee at a later date.
