VTU : Notification Regarding Award Under Graduate ( B.E / B.Tech ) with honours

Pursuant to the resolution of the Executive Council Resolution No.2.2.2 of the 142nd meeting dated 27-10-2018, it is hereby notified that:
  • To award Under Graduate Degree (BE/B.Tech.) with Honours ( refer to page 3, AICTE Model Curriculum for Undergraduate Degree Courses in Engineering and Technology , January 2018, Volume I)
  • A student shall be eligible to get Under Graduate degree with Honours, if he/she completes an additional 20 credits. These could be acquired through MOOCs and NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) online program.
The principals of affiliated colleges are requested to bring this information to the notice of all the concerned.
