it has already been informed that the last date to affect Change of Branch at College is 9th September, 2016. However, it has been observed by the University that, Colleges are issuing NOC for change of college for admitting students from other colleges for III semester before affecting the Change of branch in respective College.
Hence, it is hereby informed to the Principals of Affiliated / Autonomous/ Constituent that, the Colleges may issue NOC for Change of College for admitting students from other colleges only after 9th September, 2016 and complete the process within 14th of September 2016.
