The University has received several representations from CBCS students who are ineligible to join higher semesters (especially from the students who are ineligible to join 5th semester during the academic year 2017-18). The representations were w.r.t. grant of carry over system/ extending the facility of One Time Exit Scheme / conducting supplementary examinations.
These requests were placed before the Executive Council of VTU in its 135th meeting held on 27-11-2017. The Executive Council vide its Resolution No. 8.6 resolved not to consider representations of CBCS students w.r.t. grant of carry over system/extending the facility of One Time Exit Scheme/conducting supplementary examinations.
Hence, it is hereby informed to the Principals of affiliated Colleges to advise the students accordingly and to follow the CBCS regulations meticulously.
Principals / Applicants are hereby informed that no individual reply will be sent to the applicants in this regard.
