In light of the above it is reiterated that,
1. QPDS room must be adjacent to the Principal Chamber with single entry point and must be under CCTV Surveillance.
2. Every Examination block should be under CCTV Surveillance. The footage of the same shall be maintained for at least six months, without fail.
3. The footage of CCTV surveillance must be made available as and when instructed by the University.
4. Preserve the previous examination footage in the college.
5. The Principals must execute the duties of chief superintendent.
6. In case of emergencies, citing proper reasons, the Principals shall make alternative arrangements with the prior approval of the undersigned.
7. Making alternative arrangements during the period when the principals are on duty at the college is not permitted.
The Principals of constituent, affiliated and autonomous engineering colleges are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all the concerned.
