By the direction of the Vice-Chancellor, following are brought to the notice of the Principals of Constituent and Affiliated Engineering Colleges:
1. The course duration has been extended for two years for the students admitted to B.E./B.Tech. during the academic year 2011-2012 under Lateral Entry and
2. The students admitted to MBA and M.Tech. Programs during the academic years 2013-2014 are provided with two more attempts to clear their backlog papers, provided they have completed the course in full and have failed in few subjects to complete the degree.
A detailed notification in respect of the above will be released by the Registrar, VTU Belagavi.
Further, in light of the above, students of the following batches are permitted to appear for May/June/July 2018 University Examinations subjected to the conditioned mentioned against their batches:
The Examination fee for such students will be Rs.2000/- per subject to the maximum of Rs.6000/- per semester.
The contents of this notification may brought to the notice of all the concerned.
