It is brought to the notice of the undersigned that, the students are coming to the examination block after the starting of examinations. Hence, the Principals of constituent and affiliated engineering colleges are hereby directed to note that,
"The students attending VTU Examinations are required to be present in the examination hall 20 minutes before start of examinations"
Students coming to the examination hall after the scheduled time should not be allowed to enter the examination hall under any circumstances.
It is further reiterated that students should not carry mobile phones, programmable calculators and any other electronic gadgets into the examination hall. Room Superintendents must be instructed to verify the same strictly.
Violation to the above directions will be viewed seriously.
The contents of this circular may be brought to the notice of all the concerned.
